That was nice ... we were allowed to inaugurate the second private dining room (hotel room 101) and had a wonderful evening. Both the menu and the service were top notch! ??

Hello friends, the Parkhotel Engelsburg in Recklinghausen is great and the staff do their very best to satisfy all guests and are helpful, courteous and very, very friendly. The lobby and the bar are incredibly beautiful and you can get what you want to drink here day and night. However, what they do not have what they still have to order. The rooms and beds are really very, very clean and nice. Spending the night here is pure relaxation for body and mind! I always recommend such a hotel. The breakfast is a buffet and there is absolutely a lot of choice!

Always a great experience. You feel very comfortable and every possible wish is fulfilled. I look forward to the next visit.

My husband and I were at the grilling table yesterday. And it was a thoroughly successful evening. We were greeted very friendly and were taken to our table in the courtyard. The staff were all extremely courteous and courteous. You just noticed that the team is very harmonious and everyone likes to work with each other. The food was wonderful. Fish and meat were absolutely on point. It really doesn't get much better than this. Even when we said goodbye, you could remember our name. That simply shows respectful treatment. After a few disappointing experiences, we returned to Vesttafel after a long time and after a change of ownership and finally we met the ambitious goals. The service is outstanding and the creative kitchen impeccable. The ambience is contemporary and well maintained, you may argue about the lighting, but this plays in the quality of the food and the courteous service rather for me a minor role ...

Class 4 course menu from the menu carousel, even vegetarian. Was very tasty and in a pleasant atmosphere. Well trained, friendly staff. Unfortunately you have to park in the parking garage. We were certainly not the last time here. Is something special in the vest table to dine!

After a long break we went back to the vestboard. I was pleasantly surprised that the menu was revised significantly and now contains dishes that are not combined in such an exotic way. The starter salad was fantastic and optimally put together. The fillet medallion from the main course was tender and fried to the point. The dessert was ok, but not a highlight as the fruits were extremely bitter. The Vesttafel is definitely one of the best restaurants in Recklinghausen, the ambience is very good, the price / performance ratio is right and the staff is very attentive and friendly. The only thing that doesn't suit a restaurant of this quality is the fact that in the end there is no real invoice, but only an "information invoice". Apart from that, I can only recommend the vest board.
